Kristen did a wonderful job assisting in the purchase of our condo at the Jupiter Yacht

Club Admiral Building. We were in touch prior to my visit and I told her my goals and

parameters. I had a short amount of time and came down for a long weekend to find a

place in Florida. I contacted three realtors to look at the area and spent half a day with

each. I quickly chose Kristen as she was by far the most helpful, professional and

knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but Kristen was attentive and listened to my

thoughts and preferences during the tour. She dedicated two full days to showing over

12 properties a day, including a few in the Jupiter Yacht Club. I wanted a beautiful view

of the water and she found it. We discussed the market and sales in the area and I

made an offer. She negotiated a favorable deal for me and was there throughout the

entire process. We closed with no hassle.

On a side note, she was professional yet personable and truly cared about her

profession and my purchase. I highly recommend Kristen to my friends, clients and

family.
