Many people ask “What’s the difference between Active Under Contract & Pending”? When the listing is marked “Active Under Contract” the seller has accepted the offer contingent upon inspection, financing, etc. When the listing has gone “Pending” the contingencies have been completed and the earnest money deposit becomes non-refundable making the sale much more likely to close. Yay! We have reached Pending status & moving forward to a quick close! #pending#southfloridarealestate#palmcity #invitedclubs#monarchcountryclub #monarchcc#waterpointerealtygroup#waterpointe#realestate
