Florida’s housing market reported rising median prices and more new listings in January, according to the latest housing data released by Florida Realtors®.
“Single family housing numbers are continuing to point to a seller’s market,” said Jeffrey Levine, President-Elect of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches. “Now is a great time for prospective sellers to sell, and buyers have to prioritize what they are seeking as it is becoming more difficult to find the ‘perfect’ home.”
